- Identify the prevailing performance standards that set the pace and quality of people’s efforts.
- Define and implement policies and performance standards.
- Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives; Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines; Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.; Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support; Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.

- Identifies the pain points of each process phase and implement and quality service management in each department’s process flow.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets per sub unit / service offered.

- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs; Same as with Quality Hiring and Attrition.
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees; Report key results to corporate officers; Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
