- Define the operating structure and processes used to implement our product strategy
- Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan and project manage implementation in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Maintain regular communications with a diverse group to ensure visibility across our organization
- Surface both quantitative and qualitative insights from various operational initiatives for product improvements that will drive key metrics
- Provide cost benefit analysis to operational investments required to scale business
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years professional experience in product operations, operations, business consulting, or a similar role
- People management experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal groups with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your time to meet goals and deadlines
- Superb organization skills and a love for productivity tools (spreadsheets, trackers, etc.)
- A desire to learn new technology and develop technical knowledge
