Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Generate, track, and communicate quoting activities to project managers;
- Adhere to quoting instructions and criteria provided by the project team and clients;
- Propose improvements in the quoting and project coordination processes;
- Coordinate with project managers regarding clients’ quote requests;
- Assist project managers in coordinating localization projects;
- Ensure prompt and accurate quoting for client requests;
- Support quality assurance processes for localized content;
- Participate in the team’s training on quoting matters and other topics relevant to the team;
- Assist efforts in achievement of assigned KAIs; and
- Perform related duties within the localization department.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Foreign Language, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills;
- Ability to work independently after undergoing rigorous training;
- Willingness to work beyond office hours and on weekends only when necessary;
- High focus to ensure quality delivery of multiple requests under tight deadlines;
- Advanced typesetting skills on Microsoft Office products, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Knowledge of Hancom Office and CAT tools are an advantage;
