Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead the company’s Research & Development Department
- Screen and hire developers and testers
- Evaluate and implement new system
- Maintain and improve of existing systems
- Ensure that available software technologies are used efficiently, securely, and profitably
- Use clients’ feedback to create process improvements and/or suggest upgrades
- Prepare cost estimates, budget, and payment requests for suppliers
- Strictly monitor the progress of development projects
- Create reports and necessary project documentation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or
- other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Architect or any software
- development leadership role
- Understanding of project management and business planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willing to work in Parañaque City
