We are looking for someone who has an excellent attitude and someone self motivated to fuill an administration position. You would be primarily answering the phone, making appointments, making follow up phone calls and handling email support. There will also be research tasks and errands assigned to you on a project based task list. The job isn't difficult, but you will be expected to meet time lines and have a happy disposition for the job. You are required to have EXCELLENT written and spoken English. The job will be done primarily in English.
Your work hours will be 9AM-6PM with an hour for lunch or you can choose to work through lunch and leave at 5PM. Location of the position is in BGC. Monday-Friday.

- Must be self-motivated as you will be working by yourself in the office.
- Must be organized.
- Well versed in online research and negotiation.
- Email and phone response time is critical for this position. Must be fast.
