Logistic and Warehouse Assistant  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders and packaging
• Arrange a schedule of delivery and order fulfillment
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items
• Control inventory stocks and coordinate with the supplier for replenishing stocks
• Booking of Third Party Courier for all outside Manila deliveries
• Maintain and keep all necessary documentation and records
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Other job responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time
• Reporting to the Operations Manager on all operational and administrative matters

• Candidate must possess a completed Associate Degree or Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Inventory, Logistic & Warehouse Management is preferred but not necessary.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bambang, Sta. Cruz Manila.
• Computer literate and customer- oriented. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel / Google Docs is a must.
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem - solving skills
