E-commerce Warehouse Asst Manager  

• Coordinate with e-Commerce Manager and Marketing Manager regarding promotions, inventory, and online selling durations.
• Manage all day-to-day e-commerce warehouse operations, compliance, and performance including the KPI of the fulfillment team and KPI of the couriers.
• Manage the fulfillment team and oversee fulfillment process and inventory.
• Ensure enough manpower and efficiency of each assigned personnel to maximize the warehouse productivity.
• Provide daily warehouse fulfillment reports to the e-commerce team and brand concession.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
• Provide full support as required by the management and tasks as needed.
• Other job responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time
• Reporting to the General Manager on all operational and administrative matters

Summary :

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the e-commerce warehouse fulfillment process and compliance.
• Provides daily fulfillment status reports to the stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Must have a good experience and understanding of e-commerce warehouse fulfillment process.
• With strong organization skills, information presentation, process preparation, and implementation knowledge.
• Critical thinker and able to provide detailed analysis, trends, identification of root causes, and ability to propose strong and corrective solutions.
