UK based IT company, 15 years of experience supporting SME’s in Scotland and Britain with IT infrastructure requirements, focusing on Business Application through Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365.
We offer a wide range of services to our customers, from Managed IT support, IT solutions, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions, Virtual Desktop, Mobile Office, Remote Monitoring and Management, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
We are a small team of professionals, open-minded engineers, and developers, passionate about helping our customers and developing digital tools to improve their everyday life. We practice what we preach, thus we are highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and a reliable Microsoft Partner in our region.
Despite the current global climate, our team is excited to be increasing in size and extend its footprint. Thus, we’re looking for you, our Sales Person, representing us to other potential clients, in the UK and other English speaking countries.
Your tasks as a Business Development Executive will be:
Quickly gain an understanding of our product and service offerings
- Outgoing activities via email, InMail and phone calls to engage senior executives/directors/DM’s and pass to the Business Development Manager as qualified sales prospects
- Work with and support the Business Development Manager
- Following up on current leads and after qualification pass them to BDM as Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Proactively following up on any marketing activity – e.g. webinars, email marketing, Social Media campaigns, to identify potential warm prospects and after qualification pass them to BDM as SQLs.
- Using available marketing materials to nurture prospects and build relationships.
- Maintain and grow MQL/SQL pipeline and ensure high-quality appointments are set to maximize potential for conversion.
- Assist Marketing with content creation in Social Media, demos and presentations tailored to specific industries/regions
- Market research, collecting and presenting competitors offering
- Potentially calling current clients for additional and “independent” client satisfaction feedback.
20 hours/week to start with, potentially move into a full time 40 hours/week
Compensation & Benefits
We will be making an offer once we finalize the selection process, dependent on your experience and skill set
You can expect that the offer will be structured to encourage your sales initiatives, consisting of fixed hourly salary, plus a commission for any qualified sales you will be making

- Good understanding of Microsoft products and technologies, prior experience promoting IT services is an advantage
- Ability to explain and describe an IT development project
- Good command of English is a MUST, written and spoken

- Ability to independently work and collaborate in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to reach and exceed different targets and objectives
