Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer, you will beresponsible for:

  • Seller communications and community development
  • Ensuring consistent Lazada communications on all EDMs, seller communication channels, websites, and platforms…etc
  • Developing engagement of seller base into online and offline communities (answering each other questions, sharing best practices, success, activities…etc)
  • Motivating seller external promotional activities and improve overall Lazada social media “noise”
  • Working closely with the category management and equip them with communication tools to engage with whole seller base.
  • Organize continuous collection of seller feedbacks to always improve further systems and processes
  • Platform branding and PR
  • Developing marketing and branding strategy for Lazada marketplace, including both online, offline marketing and events
  • Leading engagement and strengthen partnerships with public stakeholders to establish strong ecommerce ecosystem and business development opportunities for sellers
  • Ensuring that best-in-class project management practices are deployed to deliver all brand communications within strategy, budget and deadline

Trình độ tối thiểu

To excel in this position, you will be required to have:

  • At least 4-5 years of online marketing experience and/or professional experience in various marketing roles in a managerial capacity
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Project management skills and good knowledge in Microsoft excel
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Results driven & customer focused attitude
