Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordination with the category teams to align on the priority leads of each category to be onboarded on Lazada
- Onboarding the priority sellers on Lazada
- Working closely with the BPO teams to ensure the targeted assortment from the onboarded sellers goes live on Lazada
- Drive the performance of the sellers for first 3-4 months by getting the sellers to adopt the tools created by Lazada (these tools will enable the sellers to grow on Lazada independently)
- Grow the revenues of the sellers in the first 3-4 months by driving their participation in Lazada campaigns
- Negotiate with the sellers to get best SKUs at most competitive prices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the sellers get prime visibility on the platform through campaigns, flash sales and other onsite channels
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3-4 working years of experience in business development (ideally B2B)
- Proactive self starter
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and take care of emerging issues hands on
- Strong analytical, excel/Power point and problem solving skills
- Excellent decision making, strategic planning and change management skills
