- Responding to seller queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
- Identifying seller needs and helping them to resolve their issues.
- Answering seller-related tickets, cases and/or email escalations.
- Assigned to handle critical escalation (C-level, DTI complaints)
- Monitoring, handling and recovery of all customer concerns (backlogs, CSAT,SSAT)
- Responsible in resolving the concerns and issues of sellers and buyers immediately.
- Actively works to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2-3 years call center experience as Senior Associate, Tier 2 agent, Escalation Agent (Inbound, Outbound et)
- Preferably, excellent in English communication skills, both oral and written.
- College graduate, or at least 3rd year college level
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in extended hours during campaigns / night shift / weekends and holidays.
- Courageous and eager to learn
