Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Descriptions

• Lead a team of three in the preparation of annual budgeting process with related function (commercial, marketing, sourcing, operation, HR, and other supporting functions) on yearly basis, forecast on monthly basis, and management reports on weekly and monthly basis;
• Monitoring and controlling actual results and responsible on preparing monthly variance analysis report to support management for decision making;
• Communicate to respective department head on the accountability of the departmental budget
• Identify risks, improvement, and cost saving opportunity;
• Create and refine reporting mechanisms to provide the right data and information related to company operational cost and budget (fixed/variable cost analysis, business unit analysis, ROI, CIR, and other ratios analysis);
• Prepare financial feasibility review on the Company’s strategic business decisions followed by post- implementation review on timely basis and provide suggestion to management for decision making; and
• Assisting in the report preparation for quarterly management meeting and any ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University or overseas Graduates;
• Overall minimum 10 years working experiences;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in big 4 accounting firm combined with minimum 3 years in financial steering;
• Minimum 2 years at managerial level;
• Experienced in retail, e-commerce and/or logistic business is highly desirable;
• SAP, SQL and Anaplan knowledge is highly desirable;
• Good with numbers, strong analytical, forecasting and reporting skills;
• Capable to work with big data and possess a high attention to details;
• Effective problem-solving, issue resolution, and multitasking;
• Can do attitude, a team player, and willing to work overtime under a high pressure; and
• Proficient in English, spoken and written.
