- Work directly with the team and marketing channels to drive sales
- Establish and maintain processes to communicate and share best practices
- Analyze past performance to find trends and guide local country marketing input
- Create relevant campaigns to engage customers based on performance and market trends
- Experiment with new initiatives to engage the customer base for your category
- Monitoring slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary
- Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
- Plan layout plans for banners on the Homepage
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet the deadline
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably has 1 year of experience in Marketing, Retail, or Management Consulting
- Good knowledge about Online marketing channels and how to tap new customers online
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative mindset and can use Adobe Photoshop is a plus point
