- Planning and executing Lazada newsletters on a daily basis.
- Working closely with Campaign team to ensure alignment of communication between onsite campaigns and CRM.
- Working closely with Lazada Marketing Solutions team to execute marketing plan with brands and other partners.
- Working closely with Graphics team to ensure quality and timely delivery of graphic materials for Newsletters.
- Monitoring of weekly performance of Newsletter, mainly on engagement rate and transactions, and improve the performance based on the available data and insights.
- Conduct weekly benchmarking activities to compare our activities with e-commerce competitors.
- Special projects assigned by Head of Traffic Management, in relation to CRM.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1 year+ experience in relevant sector
- Graduate from local or foreign university, with degree in Communication or Marketing would be an advantage
- Previous experience in any area of CRM would be an advantage
- Good analytical skills, strong execution mindset, and great attention to details
- Good communication and coordination skill to work with other teams.
