- Assess Medical Representatives' product knowledge and detailing skills.
- Secure the balance of promotion of products to target specialties - Medical Doctors.
- Monitor proper execution of itineraries.
- Evaluate and assess territory development based on its potential.
- Constantly evaluate Medical Representatives' monthly productivity.
- Scout and execute appropriate strategies that will assist Medical Representatives to deliver long-term business in the territory.

- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably with Supervisory or Managerial experience.
- Willing to:
