As Lamudi's Head of Operations (m/f) your key responsibility is to design, manage and improve all operational processes across departments with a focus on website listings uploading and quality control, customer service, and Business Intelligence.
Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi's internal operations perfectly support our goal of becoming the go-to-marketplace for real estate.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Data management team
- Uploading + Quality control teams• Customer service + lead screening processes
- Design + execution of optimal processes across all operations teams
- Defining of operational KPI’s as well as operative monitoring and reporting
- Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team
- 1-5 years experience with start ups, top tier management consulting or investment banking
- Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
- Sales & negotiation skills• Attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good team management and leadership
- Well organized & structured working style
- Team Player
- Fluency in spoken & written English
