Mission: Develop trusted relationships with corporate clients. The Senior Business Development Lead serves as a lead point of contact for all client matters, collaborating with sales teams to keep clients satisfied and engaged in the long run. Includes liaising with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, and Product) to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts (Key Accounts)
- Perform business analysis activities to gether required reporting, dashboard and data requirements
- Strategically identify current processes and best practices in order to suggest current business workflow improvements and proactively use our tools to create efficiencies.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
- Prepare monthly performance reports to clearly communicate the progress of contracted executions
- Ensuring consistent touch points with assigned clients and assisting Key Account Manager(s) where needed
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or manage renewal process
- Resolving client complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifies red alert accounts and advise Key Account Managers (KAMs) or Head of Corporate Accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With at least 5 to 7 years of experience
- Preferrably from top universities in the country
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Business analysis and strategic planning
