Lamudi, the number 1 online platform for real estate is on the hunt for a Seller Engagement team.

Your mission is to ensure each and every property agent in the country knows how to maximize the results of their business, using our marketplace as a tool. We are looking to build communities of engaged sellers through educational and fun events.

We are looking for a charismatic person with great presentation and relationship skills. You will focus on developing training programs, processes, tools and skill development plans that will equip our agents/broker with the ability to be more successful online.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build a first-class training program, Lamudi Academy
• Manage all communication platforms to deliver information, updates, and training effectively to all Lamudi sellers (Facebook, Instagram, email, offline events, seller communities, etc)
• Organize events to inform, educate, and motivate sellers to increase sales and feature usage
• Conduct training in front of small and large audiences of current and prospective clients for them to improve
• Develop internal tracking of the success of your training

• 2+ years experience in training or marketing, for example in automotive, media or B2B sales
• Bachelor’s degree from good Indonesian or foreign university
• Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
• A charismatic presenter who can inspire anyone
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good team management and leadership
• Well organized & structured working style
• Team Player
• Fluency in spoken & written English
