Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist  

Talent is one of our key bottlenecks as a start-up. Your mission is to solve this bottle-neck, bringing in the best talent with your keen eye for talent as well as the best communication skills to convince them to leave their current job for a better future; working in a fast-growing start-up!

You will directly assist the HR team with a wide range of projects related to HR talent sourcing, recruiting, headhunting, onboarding/orientation, filing, and other assigned HR tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, head hunting and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
• Conducting interviews, checking references and credit
• Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs

• You have a degree from a top-tier Indonesia or foreign university
• You have min. 2yr experience in related field
• You are recognized as a top performer in your field
• You take initiative and are extremely reliable
• You have great communication skills and are able to convince people
