Customer Operation Manager  

• Leading and managing 2 call center teams for account management/telesales and customer service +/- 10 people
• Performance management and proactive improvement of the telesales & customer service operations using your analytical capabilities and people management skills
• Growing the Lamudi operations team beyond 10 people

Are you an ambitious Operations Manager looking for a fast-growth environment to further refine your operations management skills within a well-funded start-up from Europe? We have been in Indonesia for 2 years and are now moving from start-up to scale-up phase with a proven business model supporting the marketing of property agents & property developers. We are looking for an operations manager to help us reach this next stage and further scale the call center operations from 10 to more employees. We need someone who is persistent, detail oriented and knows how to get the most out of his or her team.

In this role you will be directly reporting to the managing director.

• Experience in cold calling and/or selling (min. 1 year)
• Experience in managing people is highly beneficial, but not required
• Interest in online and start-ups
• Basic English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Basic knowledge of Excel or ability to learn skills fast
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated and with desire to learn
