Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high sales output by promoting the products and strengthening the relationship of new and existing clients
  • Stay updated with new features and product launches
  • Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty
  • Assist client in completing sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; services and financing; payment and delivery of vehicle
  • Acquire more clients by keeping good rapport with previous and new clients
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve client experience
  • Explore new opportunities in order to add value to job accomplishments
  • Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals
  • Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
  • Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales

In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team for a new business, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

What you’ll need:

  • Any 4-year degree course
  • Experience in sales from any industry; experience in car sales is advantageous
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hands on experience on client service
  • Understanding of sales performance statistics
  • Good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility with work schedules (shifting and weekdays off)
  • Must be willing to work in Makati for 3 months then QC after
