Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Identify cause of problems and formulate and recommend solutions to the problems of each farms;
- Audits operational procedures, antibiotic and vaccination programs and ensure it is followed;
- Monitor performance of each farms in terms of Mortality, Growth Rate, Feed Conversation Rate and Medicine Consumption;
- Identify the most efficient method of work in terms of pig care, handling, feeding and all other task related to hog farming;
- Creates all the necessary report as required by management;
- Creates studies and monitors ongoing experiments of the farms and presents unbiased results to the management;
- Visits each farm on a weekly basis and does overnight stay as necessary to observe behaviors and happenings during the night;
- Attends meetings with higher management along with the technical Manager;
- Coordinates with Farm veterinarian for consultation and validate their recommendations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science or Animal Husbandry, Bachelor in Animal Science, Bachelor in Animal Science major in Animal Production or Animal Health
- Must have at least 2 years’ relevant farm work experience
- Technical knowledge of the swine industry, production and disease preferred
- Experience and knowledge in raising farm animals or farm work is an advantage
- Adaptable communication skills: Microsoft Office, email, phone, in person, etc. (preferably with SAP knowledge)
- A detail-oriented, flexible, dependable and punctual work ethic
- Individual must be hard-working
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Must be willing to travel anywhere in Luzon
