Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles the feeding, medication and vaccination of hogs on an assign batch/es;
- Identifies morbid or lame hogs that need to be transferred to the hospital building;
- Cleans the batch building on a daily basis;
- Reports to the Supervisor any instances of a possible outbreak of disease;
- Responsible for batches performance in terms of weight, mortality, morbidity and feed consumption rate;
- Other duties as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science or Husbandry
- Previous experience providing care for farm animals, preferred
- Newly graduate are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail required
- Individual must be hard-working
- Must be patient with animals
- Prepared to be exposed to all-season weather elements
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
