- Responsible for sanitation and pest control
- Responsible for planning the operations and programs for the plant.
- Strategic planning
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Pest management and sanitation practice and methods standardization and improvement
- Equipment maintenance, utilization and improvement
- Manpower allocaton and competency development
- Outsourced service monitoring, evaluation and recommendation
- Bdget allocatin and efficient usage and safe inventory
- Internal and external communications
- Audits and corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze overall implementation of plans and programs.
- Report to Regional Manager results of activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Execute changes to the plans and monitor effectiveness.
- Participate in the establishment, implementation and improvement of the management system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any engineering course
- WIth 1-2 years experience in flour milling operations
- Collaborative and with strong leadership skills
