Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Provide pick-up/customer complaint tickets to Agents
  • Analyze tickets regularly
  • Create Segregation and Break Schedules for Agents
  • Case escalation both internal and vendor
  • Monitoring shipments through internal KGX or Vendors
  • Provide approval of claim for damage or loss customer goods
  • Conduct monthly coaching to Agents
  • Provide training to Agents (Frontline, Backline, Key Account)

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Minimum Diploma III of all major
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service Supervisor
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Staff
  • Have a good communication skills
  • Have a good administration skill
  • Proficient in using computer (Ms. Office)
  • Preferably fluent in English both writen and oral
  • Diligent, organized and detail oriented
