TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER  

Carrying out the Selection Recruitment function in meeting workforce needs, managing probation employees, coordinating the implementation of internal selection and coordinating with internal and external parties that support the recruitment process so that the company can get qualified employees to achieve company goals. Developing learning development modules and prepare all the data needed by management related to career development.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage the entire selection recruitment process starting from file selection, interviews, psychological tests and field tests, final interviews to medical tests.
2. Monitor the performance of probation employees and provide feedback to these employees so that they can go through the probation assessment period properly.
3. Conduct visits and establish cooperation with outside institutions in relation to Recruitment and Selection.
4. Implement employer branding programs through various website and social media channels.
5. Coordinate with the training team regarding the implementation of the talent pool program and the Individual Development Program to fill competency gaps and regenerate structural positions

• Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from management HR / Psychology
• Have experience minimum 1 year in HR field
• Mastering HR management concepts and applications
• Mastering the concept and application of ManPower Planning
• Mastering selection recruitment techniques, concept and application of Talent Management
• Mastering test tools, can interpret and can make psycho gram analysis reports
