- Craft engaging and clear content that humanizes our products, in-line with established guidelines and patterns
- Strategize the language delivery and build them into excellent product experiences.
- Working closely with a varied team, such as Product, Developers, Marketing, Editorial and also stakeholders.
- Advocating for users while understanding product and business goals.
- Identifying opportunities for content and strategic improvements
- Writing copy for digital media, such as website, longform and infographics.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably majoring in communication science or other related field
- Have an experience 1 year in the field of UX writing, creative writing or media writing
- Fluent and vast knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia grammar
- Strong design-thinking, design research, and data-driven mindset with strong sense of storytelling and user empathy
- Experience in interview, observation techniques and article writing techniques
- Familiar with vary product tools
