Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Managing and maintaining office building and other office facilities
- Review renovation bids and make recommendation according to lowest cost
- Perform an ongoing assessment of contractors to support office’s needs, and initiate any changes whenever needed establish accordance with policies and procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Bachelor Degree of all major
- Experience in the same field min. 3 years
- Experience in logistics would be an advantage
- Familiar with purchase contracts and possess excellent negotiation skill
- Familiar with Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc)
- Teamwork oriented, highly initiative, creative, and innovative
