Corporate & Business Strategy Intern  

Corporate Secretary-Strategy Management (CSM) is looking for a Corporate & Business Strategy Intern. The intern will help the CSM team in analyzing data and helping in providing business strategy insights to the business units of Kompas Gramedia.

• In charge as Data Analyst (aligning the strategy and analyzing Key Performance Index).
• Doing Alignment Strategy both vertically and horizontally.
• Arranging audit evaluation/cross audit that has been done by unit leader for internal information
• Reviewing, monitoring, and giving Business Strategy improvement advice or recommendation.
• Aiding and supporting CSM team in analyzing data, inputting scorecard data, analyzing strategic outlook, and providing insights from the analyzed data to the internal units of Kompas Gramedia.
• Participating in doing research about theory development and best practices in strategy management.
• Acting as team partner for the entire Kompas Gramedia units.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Management or related fields, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• One (1) year working experience in related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Solid knowledge and insights in Business Strategy and Digital Transformation.
• Proven competency in strategic management and able to operate strategic tools (External, Internal Analysis, Forecasting dan Balanced Scorecard Framework).
• Having experience and knowledge in project management and Objective Key Result (OKR) would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding in business processes.
• Willing to learn and having high curiosity.
