Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Process accounts and incoming payments as well as monthly sales reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile incoming fund, maintain outstanding receivables and follow up expected payment from payment gateway
- Perform conversion data from all payment scope from payment gateway to bank statements
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices reconciliation, refund Reconciliation and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients or partners’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting third parties
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting / Finance / Business Administration from reputable University
- Minimum 1 to 2 years finance or accounting related experiences, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to join as soon as possible
