Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Research potential vendors/suppliers;
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing;
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers;
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data;
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality;
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development;
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in any field;
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, purchasing agent, or similar role; minimal 3 years experience;
- Good knowledge of vendors/suppliers sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
