Memastikan kebutuhan baik pengadaan maupun perawatan laboratorium prodi perhotelan terkait peralatan/mesin (Food & Beverage dan Room) yang menunjang proses belajar mengajar terpenuhi, serta mendampingi dosen dalam kegiatan belajar/praktek maupun kegiatan-kegiatan prodi/fakultas
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimal Lulusan SMA/SMK Perhotelan, Pariwisata
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di F&B Department (Service, Food Production, Pastry)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam inventori, purchasing
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tertulis
- Memiliki perilaku yang baik dan disiplin yang tinggi
- Manajemen waktu yang baik, dapat bekerja dalam team dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
