Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor, maintain, review all HR system and applications
- Propose and implement HR system improvement
- Develop HR system application
- Assist application development and upgrade test
- Troubleshoot any HR system that occurs
- Manage HRIS periodic data, analysis and report
- Do general administrative duties that support HRIS department
- Identify technological trends and standards to be implemented on Kompas Gramedia
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in design, test, and develop HR application or software
- Good knowledge and understanding about HR business and management concept, also HR application module
- Should know one or more server-side programming languages, such as Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C# and PHP becomes an added value
- Fluent to develop websites that interact with popular database systems like MySQL, SQL Server & Oracle
- Have a good analytical ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely manner
