Business Development Management Trainee  

The Business Development Management Trainee is responsible for exploiting opportunities that can grow acquisition rates of Engaged Couples and their Guests, and contribute to the overall growth in revenue of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and drive leads to increase sign up of couples on the site.
• Convert signed up users to active users by contacting them, developing relationships, and offering a personalized registry service.
• Maintain relationships with users by providing support, information, and guidance throughout the whole experience from sign up until after the wedding day.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate registries’ activities and present a monthly analysis report.
• Evaluate insights and feedback from users to identify site improvements and communicate to the Product Development Team.
• Be in the know of current industry trends, market activities, and competitors for online gift registries, the wedding industry, and the changing consumer behavior of online shopping and gifting.
• Explore and establish strategic partnerships.
• Other tasks that may be required by the Supervising Officer that may be assigned from time to time which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties.
