- Reviewing and analyzing sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Developing link building strategies
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
- Hands-on management of all SEO including indexing, content optimization, meta-data optimization, and maintaining SEO-friendly site architecture.
- Be responsible for negotiation & execution of search, social, programmatic and direct buys
- Guide day-to-day campaign operations
- Daily optimization of ad operations issues that adversely affect campaigns in order to consistently increase our operational and performance efficiency
- Daily consistent testing to optimize ROI, targeting, bid strategies and creative
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 - 5 years of "hands-on" experience with proven track record of successful strategy and implementation.
- Proven SEO experience across Google, Yahoo, Baidu(optional) and Bing.
- Experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Keyword Tool, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
- Attention to detail and focus on the quality of results i.e. online conversions.
- Some exposure to global search marketing strategies and tactics, such as localization and translation of paid and organic search terms and ad copy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and independent, well organized, able to do hands-on work with minimum supervision, and work well with all staff levels.
- Understanding of basic web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
