- Stay abreast of the trends and tools in employee development and provides recommendation thereof
- Assist HR Manager in all rolled out projects and programs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any Business related course
- With 3 years experience in overseeing Industrial Relations and Benefits Administration
- Assist HR Manager in counseling and other programs that would enhance employees behavior gearing towards Company's designed values and culture
- A good conversationalist
- With good moral values
- Proficient in MS Office

Founded in the year 1988, Kitchen Beauty Marketing started as an importer/distributor of various kitchen and household related products. Catering primarily to the mass consumer market, the company’s product ranged from stainless steel wares and small kitchen appliances.
