Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor accounts for bank financing
- Evaluate seasoned account/s for bank filing, ensure documents are still valid
- Evaluate financial documents submitted if still qualified
- Coordinate with buyers and or agents for the compliance of documents
- Close coordination with the banks for fast processing of loan take-out
- Ensure accounts with Loan Of Guaranty ( LOG ) be converted to loan take-out
- Ensure endorsement of taken out accounts to DOAS Specialist for the preparation of DOAS
- Monitor timely payment of RPT to avoid penalties ( quarterly / annually )
- Prepare documents needed for title transfer and endorse to liaison
- Prepare request for payment for BIR, Treasurers Office, RD
- Endorse account/s for cancellation due non-compliance of documents
- Sign-off on turnover clearance
- Process banks accreditation
- Process Commission request
Trình độ tối thiểu

A graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year working experience in Real Estate Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical and meticulous to details
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral communication)
