Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collate projected training expense and request for operational budget
- Prepare training requirements, i.e. supplies and logistics
- Coordinate with sales’ pre-training requirements for every training account
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and course handouts
- Gather relevant inputs/information (logistics, materials, facilities, equipment) before, during and after each batch of training
- Prepare for after event (post training report, evaluation summary/training assessment) for each program run\
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or VP for Sales and Marketing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year working experience in Real Estate Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical and meticulous to details
- Able to relate well with people from different levels and maintain relationships with the entire salesforce
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral communication)
