Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Generate Sales Production for the company via managing and leading a group of sales managers with their own respective selling team of sales consultants, selling properties from the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects
- Provide guidance and strategies for their whole sales group
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quota
- Source possible clients to produce required sales for the company
- Conduct corporate presentations and negotiate with clients to close potential sales
- Provide post-sale customer service for their own clients
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have an experience selling Real Estate Properties for at least 3 years straight in 1 developer
- Must be able to provide their own Sales Team Roster of 3 SMs with 5 SCs to start
- Must have a Real Estate Sales Director (or of the same job level/rank) of experience of 2 years
- Must be at least CPD Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (Being a Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus)
- Assertive, Great Leadership Skills, Solution Driven Individual
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to do field and office work
- Willing to be based at their assigned focus project (Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati)
