- Generate Sales Production for the company via selling properties from the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects
- Source possible clients to produce required sales for the company
- Conducting corporate presentations and negotiate with clients to close potential sales
- Providing post-sale customer service for their own clients
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 2 years of College Undergraduate Educational Attainment
- Must exhibit effective communication & presentation skills
- Good networking, negotiation & customer service skills
- Results-oriented & goal-driven
- Competitive & can work with minimal supervision
- With sales background experience in the Real Estate Sales Industry is a huge plus
- Preferably PRC-Accredited Real Estate Seller &/or Registered Real Estate Broker
- Willing to do field and office work
- Willing to be based at their assigned focus project (Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
