Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Accounting Associate is expected to assist the Accounting and Finance Department with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and accounts management. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Processes all invoices, expenses, and other payables making sure timely collection of receivables without compromising its validity and accuracy.
- Performs other accounting, finance, and bank-related tasks.
- Liaises with external accounting partners
- Prepares tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.) and other government contributions (e.g. BIR, SSS).
- Organizes financial data into usable information and relevant reports.
- Ensures all accounting data are encoded into the Xero accounting software making sure that general ledgers are updated.
- Helps finalize accounting reports weekly, quarterly and monthly.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- The candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant with at least two years of minimum general accounting experience.
- Tech-savvy and highly-proficient with the Xero accounting software.
- Must be results-oriented and a good team-player with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) in Windows 10 or Mac OS environment.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
