HR Recruitment Assistant  

HR Field Recruitment Assistant key responsibilities include communicating to different provincial municipalities and schools to coordinate recruitments possibilities, placing job ads on careers pages, updating employee records and assisting in the daily task of the HR Department. The sucessful candidate will be also expected to perform the following:

• Publish and update job ads on careers pages
• Coordinates with different local government agencies and schools
• Prepare recruitment documents (Letter of Intention, Certified true copies of Business Permits, etc.)
• Schedule interviews
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts)
• Assisting in administrative work

We are looking for a HR Field Recruitment Assistant to support the recruitment activities of our Human Resources Department. The candidate must have the following requirements:

• Likes to be in the outdoor
• Excellent communication skills
• Have experienced doing outside recruitment
• Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience with MS Office
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Undergraduate degree in Psychology
