Marketing Manager | Taguig  

Objective:

• Should be fun and creative
• Lead the team and activate Marketing initiatives, that are beneficial to the brand
• Takes the lead and full accountability in planning, implementing, and evaluating Sales and Marketing plans to attain sales revenues and customer patronage of assigned brands.

Function:

• Market Analysis
  • Lead market research studies for better understanding of consumers including consumption habits, motivators, and barriers
  • Regularly conduct store visits to identify possible opportunities for each store
  • Regularly review competitive offering, pricing, and activities
• Strategic Planning
  • Lead portfolio management: review acceptability of current products as well as lead development of possible new offerings
• Brand Development
  • Deliver sales revenues based on Average Daily Sales target
  • Handle PR and digital properties (e.g. FB, IG in close coordination with Digital Agency if needed) as lead vehicles for driving awareness and relevance
  • Plans, coordinates and execute all approved programs including Local Store Marketing Plans based on store needs (TC/AC driver)
  • Works closely in coordination with the operations personnel who are handling branches to ensure swift and correct execution of LSM
  • Develop sales plan to bring products closer to consumers and augment sales from store operations (e.g. Corporate Tie-Ups, Events, Delivery)
  • Lead development and deployment of marketing collaterals needed
• Marketing Budget Management
  • Prepare Sales and Marketing expense budget and monitors actual spending based on approved programs
  • Prepare Sales and Marketing work plans that will drive sales while maintaining profitability (Flow Thru Profit / FTP)
• Brand Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare weekly sales report and identify performance drivers of stores to help develop programs that can drive sales
  • Update and analyze results of programs to establish effective news of programs as well as identify possible improvement
  • Attend regular management meetings

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the Hospitality or Food and Beverage Industry
• A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business Administration
• The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. S/he should have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) to cascade presentations, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• The candidate must have the ability to work within tight deadlines, make decisions, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives while remaining focused and calm
