POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Technical Specialist, you will be tasked with pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements with GetCre8ive’s active prospects and customers. You will be the main point of contact for all support related concerns as well as technical queries managed through GetCre8ive’s ticketing system. We are looking to hire an individual who has exemplary organizational skills and communication skills as you will be expected to conduct face-to-face customer engagements and execute customer presentations about our latest product technologies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Pre-sales support, technical assessment and product demonstrations to secure sales in new and existing accounts.
- Work with Sales Teams to manage the pre-sales process with clients.
- Support sales development to develop & execute the sales strategy to meet revenue goals. They will also be expected to provide technical product assistance to the development and closing of Sales opportunities
- Develop & conduct professional product presentations & demonstrations to help Sales meet revenue target.
- Proactively follow up with customers to provide additional information or answer technical questions & escalate to Adobe technical support team if necessary. Use the Hubspot Ticketing System to manage and track support concerns from customers.
- Delivery of Adobe and Autodesk product installations including pre-sales consultancy support (requirements capture and statement-of-work documentation) and post-sales execution (scheduling, installation, configuration, and training) to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation
- Liaise with the Sales team to drive new business opportunities for Adobe and Autodesk products.
- Assist Marketing to develop value-add collateral across all forms of media.
- Work with Adobe and Autodesk global technical teams to maintain existing Adobe and

- May perform other related duties as assigned

Trình độ tối thiểu
- Four year college degree from a reputable college/university (preferred undergraduate courses: IT, Computer Science, Multi-Media Arts) or working experience equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates, experience in IT Administration is a plus
- Mac/PC proficiency, experience managing sales functions through CRM and Hubspot is a plus.
- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
