> Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our
customer base.
> Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
> Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
> Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
> Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for
and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
> Understand the competitive landscape and market trend
> Work with the Sales, Account Management and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy
> Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Target Account.
Trình độ tối thiểu
> At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity
> Must have experience in software product selling account management
> Must have experience in selling to the Shared Services
BPO Industry (Customer Service, HR, IT, Finance)
> Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
> Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing
person’s perspective
> Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be
proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic
recommendations based on data and trends
> Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
> Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
> Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical
audience.
> Excellent written communications skills
