Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To design and implement of low-latency and high performant applications using web technologies
• To write reusable, robust, and efficient code with unit testing
• To implement security and data protection
• To integrate multiple data sources and databases
• To contribute in planning and designing project design and architecture
• To integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• To work with front-end team in ensuring the application is fully functional
• To coordinate with QA team in ensuring quity of the application
• To fix bugs and implement new features for existing projects
• To contribute to technical growth of the team
• To perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree on Computer
• Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Has strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Has knowledge of Node.js modules and popular frameworks preferably Sails.js
• Has experience in integrating Javascript front-end libraries especially React.js
• Has knowledge of ElectronJS for creating native applications using web technologies
• Has experience in using front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
• Has understanding of asynchronous programming
• Has knowledge and experience in user authentication and authorization between systems and servers
• Has understanding of the fundamentals of scalable application
• Has knowledge and understanding of multiple delivery platforms like web, mobile, and desktop
• Has knowledge of web sockets
• Has experience in creating database schemas
• Has proficient understanding of distributed version control systems such as Git and version control tools like Sourcetree
• Has understanding of web and data security
• Has basic understanding of application lifecycle including deployment to different environments
• Knowledge of C++ and C is a plus
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker is a plus
• Has flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• Comfortable in expressing thoughts and opinion
• Open to giving and receiving constructive criticisms
• Team player and has a sense of commitment
