Product Manager for Candidate Experience  

As a Product Manager, you will be the chief advocate for Candidates. Along with the product management team, you will define Kalibrr’s product vision and lead internal stakeholders to turn this into reality. Your primary responsibility is to proactively learn about the job search needs of the Candidates, and to mobilize Kalibrr’s internal stakeholders- from executives and business unit leads to designers and engineers to meet these needs.

You will have oversight of the entire candidate product vertical including conceptualization, planning and design, development, maintenance, and iteration. Your primary measure of success is the Candidate NPS.

Product Description

Kalibrr aims to create a recruitment experience that candidates love. By focusing on two core experiences, discovery and engagement, the product manager will understand and improve how candidates find, apply for, and engage employers who are looking for talent on Kalibrr’s platform. Kalibrr’s Candidate product vertical spans multiple platforms including Kalibrr’s website, iOS app, and Android app.

The Candidate Vertical product manager will work with the marketing team on acquisition, and the product managers for the Employer and Pay per Hire products to streamline experiences across candidates, Kalibrr Talent Curators, and employer customers.

Responsibilities

Manage one product line end-to-end from development to operations, this includes

• Industry Research: analyzing job search trends and analyzing Kalibrr’s product positioning.
• User Research: Customer Persona Mapping, and utilizing human-centered design methods to understand and meet customer expectations, while shaping the product to meeting key expectations.
• Defining Product Scope and Requirements: Determine and prioritize features of current products by conducting research supported by gathering inputs from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research. Creating product roadmap.
• Project and Resource Management: Planning and executing product development, according to roadmap, by working with engineering and design teams to create new features and enhance existing features. Learning and applying agile methodologies in your day-to-day interactions with engineering.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Working with marketing, customer success, and operational teams to implement marketing and communication plans of product changes to internal teams and to actual users;
• Continuous Improvement: Examining and acting upon feedback, including UX issues, bug reports, and stakeholder input. Coordinating with engineering team to prioritize and address concerns. Communicate progress made on addressing concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with human-centered design methodology, with some work experience with working in interdisciplinary design teams
• Experience in marketing or building consumer-focused web software
• Grit

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good English copywriting skills and excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• 2 years experiences in product development/project management especially in technology or related areas
• Advanced knowledge in technology and business, as well as product development, strategic planning, and market research
