Job Description
The SME Sales - Team Lead manages and supports the Inside Sales team through metric-driven coaching, data-driven performance management and strategizing with the team and sales leadership. This role is expected to drive new customer acquisition from the SME segment. Main responsibilities include performance monitoring, analyzing data and reports on inside sales operations, ensuring achievement of revenue and other daily, creating and implementing strategies for identifying selling opportunities and maintaining quality customer interactions. This position also supports the team by liaising with executive management, spearheading relevant projects and attending to any additional administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Strategy
- Creation, execution and monitoring of deal strategies of individual Inside Sales Associate
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities within individual portfolios
- Develop and recommend strategic solutions for Inside Sales Associates to help meet their desired business outcomes
Planning & Reporting
- Collaborate with senior management, product, sales, marketing, customer success teams and other stakeholders to ensure support for customer acquisition
Professional Development
- Maintain a sincere commitment to lifelong learning and the professional development of self and other Kailbrr colleagues and teammates
Leadership & Team Management
- To manage resources effectively within your team
- Provide a point of escalation for team members
- Run and manage day-to-day operations of the inside sales team
- To support and nurture direct reports, ensuring their training and development needs are constantly evaluated and fulfilled
- Constantly give feedback to the sales leadership relating to customer acquisition
- Strict monitoring of all calls to ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
- Monitor the correct usage of all tools provided to the inside sales team
- Understand all Kalibrr products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members

Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has least 2+ year experience handling a B2B portfolio as a Team Leader or in a similar capacity
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Has strong time management, and organization skills
- Has a steep learning curve and the ability to work independently and efficiently
- A problem-solver and is comfortable with analysis based on numbers and data
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams from different departments and levels inside and outside the organization
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting needs, priorities, and timelines
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading teams/managing people
- Experience in B2B inbound/outbound selling.
- Metric-driven coaching
- Experience in selling Software-as-a-Service is a plus
