Construction Manager  

One of the leading property development companies based in Cebu is currently expanding their operations and is actively in search for a Construction Manager. The client has a reliable name in building sustainable homes for the past 30 years and has sites in key strategic locations all around Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, and Davao. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from economic/non-economic projects to vertical/horizontal scheme
• Plan and coordinate aspects of the construction process
• Oversee the entire construction projects of the company and manage project manager's specific site development
• Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers
• Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule
• Resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays

• Minimum of five (5) years technical experience with at least six (6) years of supervisory/managerial exposure
• Should have handled billing, awarding, value engineering
• Site Quality Assurance/Audit experience
