This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with and contribute to one of Southeast Asia’s hottest start-up companies. The Business Development Management Trainee helps drive Kalibrr’s sales growth primarily through outbound sales correspondences.

You should be a self-starter and someone who is motivated by setting and hitting your goals. You will be working in a dynamic team focused on growing Kalibrr's revenue and this is a great opportunity to begin a career in business development as we've created a career path within Kalibrr for team members who start in this role to develop the skills to not just master business development but how to build lifelong relationships with your customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Proactively reach out to companies and effectively communicate Kalibrr's offerings and services via phone, email and other online channels
  • Educate companies to utilize our state-of-the-art recruiting platform
  • Understand the customer's needs and problems that Kalibrr can help them solve
  • Serve as both first point of contact and brand ambassador to promote company awareness and generate new business leads
  • Hit daily / weekly / monthly KPI targets
  • Performance bonuses offered

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Confident, proactive and positive
  • A fast learner who can quickly understand a customer's needs
  • 1-2 years experience as in an outbound lead generation or telesales role preferred
